Bakery
Not so secret desire - I want to open a bakery. I want to do it in Austin and I want to sell delicious scones, cakes, cupcakes, finger sandwiches and home made potato chips. I want there to be an unbelievable tea selection. I want there to be a small stage for local performers and an art section .. because food is inspiring and people should write/paint/draw and create in places where it is warm and smells of sugar and flowers and tea. It just seems more hopeful and less dream crushing. Dream crushing should take place only immediately after all the creativity has been drained from a person. It is more inspiring that way. In the middle and you always loose track of the goal… which should really be - to always have fun.
And. I want to do this with my friends. So… I need money and I need a plan and I need wisdom. Lots of wisdom. That might be the most important ingredient. One day, I will do it. Dream big right? I am good at that. So, one day I will do it, and … it will be magical.
